Services

Four services. One operating path.

Four services for one job: remediating AI Fragmentation. Every engagement begins with the same entry point, and the next step is decided only after the operating path is clear. Pricing for follow-on work is quoted per engagement.

How the ladder works

You start with the Audit. Everything else is decided from there.

Most firms we talk to have already tried AI in fragments. The mistake is adding more execution on top of AI Fragmentation without remediating it first. HIP starts with the decision layer.

The AI Operating Audit is the only entry point. It audits the AI already running in your business, classifies each effort keep, fix, or kill, and installs a prioritized path forward. After the Audit, one of four paths is obvious, including walking away.

Entry point

Every engagement begins with the AI Operating Audit.

Entry point
01

AI Operating Audit

A workflow-first product. Fixed scope, fixed price. It audits what is already running, classifies it keep, fix, or kill, assesses context and intent maturity, and installs a prioritized roadmap with ROI. This is where every engagement starts.

EntryFrom $15,000 (AED 55,000)
Timeline2 to 6 weeks
After the Audit

Three paths, depending on where the Audit lands you.

After the Audit
02

Integration Oversight

HIP supervises the execution. Your internal teams or existing vendors do the build. HIP owns sequencing, governance, quality control, and vendor accountability on the AI side.

For operators with internal build capacity or existing vendor relationships who need a seat above the work.

After the Audit
03

Integration Execution

HIP deploys selected workflows end to end. Fixed scope. Bounded builds designed to produce measurable operational change, not open-ended development.

For operators without internal build capacity who want HIP to own delivery.

After the Audit
04

AI Operating Partner (Fractional CAIO)

Ongoing ownership of the AI Operating System, equivalent to a Fractional Chief AI Officer engagement. Roadmap evolution, governance cadence, new-workflow prioritization, and quarterly review of what is compounding and what is not. The most common path operators take after the Audit.

For operators who want senior AI decision capacity without hiring an internal Chief AI Officer or AI operations leader.

Pricing

The Audit is published. Follow-on work is priced per engagement.

The AI Operating Audit is a fixed product with public pricing. Standard $15,000 (AED 55,000). Expanded $35,000 (AED 128,000). Enterprise from $60,000 (AED 220,000+).

Integration Oversight, Integration Execution, and AI Operating Partner are scoped individually after the Audit, because the right scope depends on what the Audit uncovers and which workflows leadership chooses to act on. Quotes are provided in the final readout.

How we operate

Four rules that hold across every engagement.

Principle
01

Workflow-first

The operating reality of the business drives the work, not a tool catalog or a vendor roadmap.

Principle
02

No referral fees

HIP does not resell tools and does not take kickbacks. The advice stays clean.

Principle
03

Selective by design

HIP works with a limited number of firms at a time so the work stays sharp and decisions stay in the hands of senior operators.

Principle
04

Optional continuation

Every engagement is designed so that leadership can stop at any stage and still own a usable plan.

Start

Every path starts with the Audit.

Apply to work with HIP. If there is a strong fit, we will invite you into the AI Operating Audit. The rest of the ladder is decided from there.
